Needing someone good with worldguard

Hi There

I am urgently looking for a permission expert in WorldGuard.
I tried adding some builders to a the global region so that they can use worldedit and it ending up excluding all other players from doing anything now, I have to manually do the below to new members to let them do anything.

/rg addmember __global__ {playername}

Could you screenshot the current configuration of the regions (__global__ and any others that may be relevant)?
