Needing World Created for Charity Server

Hello All! While I did message one person on here, which his post caught my eye. As you can see I'm seeing if anyone would be able to work with me per creating a hub, mini-game, creative, and etc world.

I happen to do yearly charity work for a thing called Extra Life. This year I thought up, with all the users that are in Extra Life that play minecraft or even people who'd like world for them and their friends to join. Why not start a server! Now the work has started, I have no real idea in terms of creating a world, mods, plugins, etc.

While I've played minecraft, it was mainly pre-made worlds or servers I wanted to check out. Would love to chat with anyone up for teaming up to create an awesome world. I'd be more than happy during MOTD's to give a shout out to the person within the server. Feel free to PM anytime, after I click publish on this post I have to head into my day job so I'll be back in a few hours to check up.

Alright, since today off from work I'm free to chat. I did reply to a few of you, but never heard back.

Like I said while I have a place to host a server, would love to work with others who'd like to help in terms of hub, mini-games, creative, etc... I have no clue what I'm doing other than starting a basic server. My guess with my idea is that it would have to be a modded server of course, but not sure what type of server such as Forge, Bukkit, Spigot, FTB, and tons more since I know there are tons out there.
