Needing YouTubers for a 10 player average server

Hey, I am fairly new on here, but don't be weary, I have been looking around everywhere for YouTubers who will be willing to record on my server to try and bring some players in. I have around £20 in PayPal so for anyone with a decent sub count and viewer count I'll be willing to pay for, YouTubers with not a lot of subscribers (>500) I won't be willing to pay for though.
My server currently has a Prison server and Skyblock and a new Prison update is releasing soon.
The server name is United Realm for anyone wondering and I have all the proof needed of ownership etc.
I'll be needing as many YouTubers as possible to try and get the player count higher as we've been up nearly 6 months now and we aren't keeping a player base very well.
If you wish to record, please comment down below, there are no requirements to record there, accepting anyone, and IF it matters to anyone there is a YouTuber rank on there which is given after 5 videos have been recorded.
