Shroomy made a thread about Nep ban evading in the past, for some reason everybody shrugged it off just because his IP didn't match any other account.
Shroomy had tons of proof, here's a bit more investigative work on my end that should confirm this once and for all that Nep is ban evading as Kyazo.
Here's a picture that Nep posted of his skype in shoutbox.
Take a little look at the user Kyazo post history and see that he posted the name "swifox" as a name recommendation. Seems like he went and used that himself for his Skype email.
You could normally say that is just a coincidence or maybe something multiple people would think of, but that coupled with the fact that he matched Kyazo in his skype name pretty much proves it.
Everyone that doubted all of Shroomy's proof just because Nep's IP didn't match should hit him up with a hot apology.
But nah, IP check clears ban evaders 100%
Definitely just inspect element on the skype, this is slander
