NeptunePvP | Staff Application (Looking for Managment)

Hello we are a Minecraft 1.7.9 & 1.8.9 HCF & Kitmap network called NeptunePvP. We have yet to launch, so we want to gather a decent number of staff members before we do. (Staff will be voluntary or paid.)

What are we looking for?
Moderators, Senior Moderators, Administrators, Managers, Co- Owners.

Requirements (Administrator/Manager):
- You must be 16 years old or above.
- You must be 100% fluent in English or Spanish.
- You must be great with people, as support is part of the job.
- You must have management experience.
- Hiring and firing staff.
- Discord management.
- Briefing/training staff.
- Staff management.
- Etcetera...
- This should be a given, but you must know most in-game commands:
- Core Protect.
- WorldEdit.
- Punishment commands.
- Etcetera...
