In general .org seems more professional in my opinion.

I always found ".org" to be more attractive than the rest even than ".com" .
".net" is alright for sure but doesn't seems to get that ring when you see it, if you know what i mean. ".org" just looks original and attractive. It may be just me tho.
Sure ".com" makes it look more professional, but has been used so much that its becoming to be banal.

Never the less, id doesn't matter what you use, if you are successful (under your own terms) , its all the same if you ask me.

.net is more likely used for networks and gaming networks such as minecraft.
I'd say, use .org as - stated above - it looks more professional.
