Nether Portal issue on 1.14

Hello Everyone,

So we are having an issue with our 1.14.4 server.
Nether portals are broken and makes alot of nether portals.
For example if you go from portal A to B and you want to go back from portal B to A it should bring you to portal C but back to portal A.
Here is a picture for better understanding it.

Are there any fixes for this 1.14 issue?
