I am currently looking for someone to make me a discord bot with the features below.
Features:

1 - Welcome Messages:
Something short and simple like adding the messages to announce in a certain channel and send a little message.
Insight:
Channel - I want the message to be posted in our #arrivals channel only

2 - Ticket System:
Something where I can create tickets, delete tickets, have set categories/channels for logs, and where tickets will be placed when created.
Insight:
Categories - I want it to be set so tickets log under a category named something like "tickets" to make it easier for our team to find where tickets are being created and transferred to.
New Tickets - I want it to be set in a channel called #commands and when the new ticket is created, the command they executed in that channel "-new" should be deleted automatically.
Logging Channel - I want this to be where we can see where tickets have been created and deleted. For the created part it should be the ticket number, creator, and reason. For deleted it should be the ticket number, creator, solver (who has deleted it) and a reason. The channel should be named as "#ticket-log"
Ticket Commands:
-new (must be set to only be able to run in certain channel)
-close (can only be ran in the selected ticket channel)

3 - Announcement System:
Something where I can post some simple announcements and it's able to post these embedded messages in any channel pleased.
Insight:
a little insight on the design but color will be different (#ffaa00)
Announcement Commands:
-announce [title] [message]
(I don't want an automatic @ everyone to be put in the message as we can just do that ourselves and when the bot is being developed we can discuss on how we can space out the messages / titles etc.)
