If this is all with Factions and Skyblock, Then I'm sorry to say this (and no Im not trashing)
The servers (all 3 of them) can be made in a week or half.. Tho they will get you no-where
There are thousands of servers out there with the same "features" as this and even better.

I'm an Honest man and like to say the right thing. This setup doesn't worth $20.
Even I sold my custom KitPvP core for less and it was custom.

Here on the site these days. You offer something unique and special. didn't see it before or an epic setup with everything %100 and unique ideas using different plugins.
Or you offer nothing (from the server's side)

I wish you the best of luck with this. It does sound like a working server and it will save time for some server owners to start their server.

I'd recommend checking the appraisal section out if you're unsure of a price. Make sure you include pictures of everything so people can give a proper estimate. Nevertheless best of luck selling!
