About Us

Shaded is a relatively new network, that has been plenty of room for expansion. We're looking to push that motivation to expand by bringing new talent to our team. Offering a creative and motivating work environment for those interested in implementing new and exciting ideas.

We're looking for creative and outgoing individuals to join our team. We make it an effort to create unique and exciting content that will keep you on the edge of your seats.

Positions

General Developer

Extensive knowledge of Java, BukkitAPI, and BungeeAPI. (1-2+ year)
Experience in 1-2 of the following: MySQL and Netty.
Experience with third-party APIs. (ProtocolLib and others)
Previous experience with BungeeCord development is required!
Previous minigame development experience and framework creation.
Knowledge of factions fundamentals. (Area of development *Most likely*)

General Requirements

Executes clean & proper Java code methods.
Experience with GitLab, Jenkins, and Maven.
Previous examples of work for review/evaluation.
Willingness to contribute ideas/thoughts wherever felt.
Ability to work in our private GitLab environment.
Strong communication skills. (Skype + Slack + Mic)
Dedicated to meet set deadlines.
Age 15+ preferred! (Not required)
English speaking preferred!
Strong work ethic and a mature nature.

Our Offer

We require that if you are accepted into the team that you take use of our private GitLab repositories so we can view your progress and so we can have the ability to collaborate/help wherever needed! We also for the time being provide fully written documents for each project via Google Docs.

Our payment basis is per-project, meaning at the end of each month your work is compiled together and a general payment is sent. We are flexible if you have a set expected payment or bid, and we will work with you wherever we can.

Payments & Time
(All prices are estimated and up for negotiation!)

BungeeCord projects : $50-$250+
Bukkit/General projects : $25-$200+
Bukkit/Game projects : $200-700+

(All specified times are estimated and are subject to change!)
All times expectations are able to be suited to your schedule as long as our specific date is agreed upon. We won't ask for insanely short/soon expectations all we ask is for your best!

BungeeCord project : 2days - 1week+
Bukkit/General project : 5days - 2 weeks+
Bukkit/Game project : 1 week - 4 weeks+
