Network Developers Needed [Paid] [Long-Term]

Hello,

I am reaching out today in hopes to find a long term developer partner for my Minecraft server. I am looking for someone with a strong skill set who has a good understanding of game mechanics.

About Me:
As you can tell, I go by the handle puzzlealex online. My name is, indeed, Alex, so I go by that as well. I have years of experience in various Minecraft and management fields. For approximately 3 years I worked at Mineplex doing everything from training new staff members to coming up with new game modes for the server.

Currently, I am working on starting up a new server which, in time, will have unique revolutionary game modes, much like Mineplex and Hypixel. Now, as I mentioned, I am looking to recruit a long term Developer to my team.

The Position(s):
While I am unable to share exact details of what you would be coding on this forum, I will say that it is rather on the complex side. I am looking for someone who will be able to code very complex plug-ins, and be able to dedicate themselves fully to doing so. While I thank everyone who has taken the time to read this, this is not a position for everyone, and I am only looking for those who are the truly skilled and passionate about making games. If this sounds like you, please take a moment to read the criteria for the position,=:

-Must be 16+
-Must have at least 2 years of prior experience (or be darn good at what you do)
-Must be willing to work solely for my network (or prioritize it over other engagements)
-Must be responsive to messages
-Must be able to work at a pace that is greater than most


I indeed said this was a paid position, however, salary will be negotiated based on skill level after the discord interviews.

As a final note, I am looking for one person to, ideally, be a Co-Owner of the company with me, and manage all the Developers. This position must be held by someone who is 18+. Please keep this in mind, as I will bring this up during the Discord interviews.

Hello, as you are asking for a "complex" side of the plugin development, would it be possible to know what kind of salary a dev that would meet your expectations should expect to get paid? Would it be per plugin or an hourly rate?

I know you have mentioned that the salary is based on the skills, but maybe a range would be appreciable.
