Network Developers

Hello my name is sourpear and I need 3 network developers. You will have a monthly salary and bonus based on how much u work.
The developers job will be too work as a team to
1. Make custom Plugins (enchanters and Custom faction, prison and PVP stuff
2. Setup up servers. They will be required to help setup up servers and add plugins build and make it ready to be released.
3. Finally make mini-games. For all you know You may not work for 2 months and get payed. Then make a gamemode.

(When I create plugins u get a small bonus for that month, if u make a gamemode u get a large bonus)
You must be willing to work as a team with one another

No. I mean work for the network as a always hand on Dev. Only make plugins and stuff when needed.[DOUBLEPOST=1463482457][/DOUBLEPOST]Rather than paying per plugin pay by the month[DOUBLEPOST=1463482522][/DOUBLEPOST]I believe it works better than buying tons of freelance devs because for some reason I have bad experience from tons of different free lance plugins and I believe if 3 people work on the same project it is better

I am going to inform you of this now: from the layout and effort put into the thread you aren't going to end up with experienced and intelligent developers. Any experienced developer would want to know how much they'd be paid per-hour and how many hours they have to work. Additionally, the thread design and layout in an eye-sore to anyone and you haven't put any effort into producing a informative or intriguing advertisement.

Regardless, good luck with finding a developer to cover your needs.
