Network Development Partner

Howdy folks! You guys probably have heard of my name, but this time that's irrelevant.

Objective: I'm looking for an experienced Java (plugin) developer to partner up with me and one other network manager and put together a "multi-plex" style network.

Explanation: I'd like to have a multi-node network with every node having a different gamemode/gametype, and a developer and staff team assigned to that node who have experience doing so.

- The gamemodes I'd like to start out with: SkyWars, Survival Games, Ultra Hardcore.

Payment: This is a tricky one, but in the long run will absolutely pay off. I'm looking to split all income evenly between I, the network manager, and the head/managing developer who I hire to start things off. Every member of the team would be paid anywhere from 33% of all server revenue, to 47% of all server revenue (depending on playerbase/fills/donations).

That's funny, because that isn't the entire the story. I dont want to get Beaverer as it wouldn't be fair on him. Just know this person is UNRELIABLE and IMMATURE. If you wish to work with this person, do so carefully.

Unreliable? He did the most amount of work. The staff team didn't respect Caleb. If you would like I can post chat logs of them just treating Caleb like crap and then when he gets pissed off from it was only his fault.
