Network finish

Hello,

So my network is getting close to release. However, I am pretty damn lazy and honestly don't have the time given that my kids are with me for the majority of the time. The network is pretty close to release, but there's things that need to be done in order to get it ready for this Friday's release date (or sooner). The list is basically this:

Hub
- Featherboard finish (or removed if not needed)
- Spice up the hub with another spawn (will be looking to purchase a simple and small spawn)
- Ensure portals work to teleport to another server
- Spice up messages

Prison
- Ensure voting rewards work
- Balance block sell prices and make sure all blocks can be sold from mines
- Make sure all NPC's work as expected
- Add donation ranks to the BuyCraft store (commands and package descriptions)

SkyBlock
- Ensure voting rewards work
- Move NPC's and holograms from old spawn to a new spawn
- Ensure all NPC's work as expected
- Check for unbalanced voting rewards
- Add donation ranks to the BuyCraft store (commands and package descriptions)

Factions
- Fix strange NPC text issues
- Fix the bug where you cannot talk to NPC's for quests
- Update any broken plugins
- Remove all pre-existing builds or paste spawn schematic into new world
- Ensure voting rewards work
- Add donation ranks to the BuyCraft store (commands and package descriptions)
- Fix chat format and move around prefix/suffixes as needed

Timeframe: This friday is when we need to be open

(I planned to release Factions, but the map needs to be reset, ranks need to be added to BuyCraft, voting needs to be fixed, chat needs to be fixed, citizens don't talk for some reason, so that needs to be fixed, and other small bugs)
