The things as a manager you will be doing is accepting/looking for applications.
Also helping out players in teamspeak managing plugins and editing stuff for us.

I'd suggest like a 5% in your server for a couple months until there is more cash coming in then around $10-20 per month. I am a manager myself and would be happy with an arrangement like that.
