Network partnership.

Hello, once I sell my faction server, I want to open a unique and custom network or hub.

Let's get to the point:

I am looking to partner with a youtuber, you get a % of donations per month.
I am also looking for a developer, for every plugin you make or things like that, you get paid for monthly. e.g. You make 7 plugins(s) for the network, I take what I made this month and divide it by the number of plugin(s) you made and that is your total earnings.

Um, so if I make 1 plugin and you divide what you made by 1, I get all your money. It would be in my best interest to only make one plugin.

I can just put a minimum of plugins to be paid.

i was kidding, but if you read what you posted, that's how it's worded.

I think you meant, if someone coded 7 plugins, they would get 7 percent. It would still be in someones best interest to code small plugins.

I think you would be better off working out a percent agreement for a dev to partner with you. You also have to be careful with devs, they think that if they are doing all the coding then they are entitled to most of the donations. They don't always realize how much more work goes into marketing, maintaining the community and the server. Coding is only a small percentage of what needs to be done to make a successful server.

Hey just a tip -
I wouldn't do a network right away unless you have hundreds of thousands of dollars to dump on advertising.
