Network Permissions Setup

I am looking for someone that could setup my entire networks permissions. Factions, KitPvP and Hub. You must have 5+ reputation or higher. I expect you to look at my plugins list and then decide for yourself which permissions players should have. I want this done within 48 hours. I am willing to pay, but not tons of money. I don't want to join any discord servers either. Post your price below.
