Flamecord, Velocity or xCord
Use xCord if you have ddos attacks/null ping attacks/bot attacks daily on ur server
Use Flamecord if u want basic ddos protection/anti bot
Use Velocity if you use cloudflare/Tcp shield as your ddos protection and you have some external anti bot plugin like bot sentry

I use Velocity with TCP Shield which I highly recommend. A few youtube videos can teach you how to set this up
