Network With Steady Playerbase

Hello,
I am looking to purchase a Network (don't really mind what servers it consists of) but I would like it to have a playerbase. Don't have a set budget as I feel this should be something the current network owner and I discuss in negotiations.

Network must consist of:-

• AT LEAST 10-25 playerbase
• At least 2 servers (not including hub and bungee)
• Website
• Domain
• Buycraft/Donationcraft.
