Once you introduced yourself as Head OP / Staff Manager at the beginning I just sort of cringed. It's like you only joined this server for the recognition and this is one of your chances to utilize that. Anyways you should talk about your server like Xyist said and maybe make this application look a bit better, its all over the place at the moment.
