As of now, none of the positions are payed. We would need a steady income for any to be open. We do have a system in place:
If your a Helper - 1rst rank ( Supporter ).
If your a Moderator - 2cnd rank
If your a Head Mod - 3rd rank
etc.

This part doesn't make much sense as it seems it was just flung in there.

No matter what, you will start out as a Helper. You might start out as a Moderator, although it is unlikely. You might start out as an Advertisement Manager.

Here you contradict yourself, saying you always begin as Helper, then saying you may not.

Overall, for a popular server this thread was very clumsily made and rushed through, so I'd suggest you work on that.
