So a quick little backstory to this whole conversation, I loaned this user $19 on August 3rd with an agreement to payback by August 8th. The time came and I haven't received my loan so I decided to contact this user regarding reasons as to why he hasn't paid the loan back and let's just say it didn't go as expected when he brings race into the conversation and proceeds to ask me "Are you going to hang yourself now or later". I suggest you never deal with this childish user, no idea on his mcm account as he is a ban evader (admitted but deleted before proof) so if you ever find him snooping around or ever come across his discord user then DO NOT DEAL WITH! The dispute was decided in my favor and the $19 was refunded. PayPal never even attempted to get rain's side which shows you just how immature about the whole situation he was.
