Never spent much time on MCM, need some help.

So, I've been managing for some time now and I heard that MCM is a great place to post about that. So I'm pretty new here. I have a couple of questions. 1. How do you give people reputation? 2. When I tried to start a giveaway to get a management name and slogan, it didn't allow me to. Did I do something wrong? Thank you.

Not too familiar with the giveaway but for reputation just simply click on the name of the person you with to give a reputation too. Then, you would click on "reputation overview" and once on the screen hit "add reputation"

You have to be a member for 1 month before you can give rep.
