Usage: a player puts a sign on a chest with [CloudSell] on the first line.
Then they will be able to rightclick that sign to sell the contents of the chest. prices specified in config
Permission: Cloudsell.create

(!) I am okay with buying for a lower price but you're allowed to sell to more people (!)
