New, Active Server | 1k discord members & $1k+ earnings in <2 months!

Good day to you all, I am Adam and I am looking to sell my active Minehut server. I know many of you will be disinterested after seeing that it is a Minehut server, however I believe a good businessman/woman sees the pros and cons of every avenue, and I will highlight those today when considering my minecraft server.

For those unfamiliar with Minehut, it is a minecraft server hosting site, which is a server in itself. All servers that are hosted by Minehut are connected to the main server, similar to a network but not quite. It is a very large server hosting network, they have about 15000+ players on their "network" on at any time and claim to have hosted 5.3 million servers in total. After having been on this network for some time now, here are the pro's and cons of this host (in my opinion):

Pro's

Huge server exposure - The exposure your server gets from the Minehut network is unmatched; due to the high player base on their network and 80k+ discord members, your server will get lots of attention from lots of players. This is arguably the main selling point of a Minehut server. They also feature a method of advertising your server in their lobby, which always attracts many players every time you do it. Your server will never fail to get new players and furthermore, in my opinion, you do not need to spend extra funds to advertise your server (of course if you choose to and want your server to grow even more, you can).
Credits System - instead of out right buying a server plan with money, you can purchase credits which can be used to buy server plans, or buy features from their server marketplace, or even buy a rank which can be boost your advertisements.
Fair price for server plans - in my opinion the server plans are neither too cheap nor too expensive.
Community - not just their high playerbase but their strong community is quite attractive; there are lots of diehard players on Minehut that give every good server a go. Furthermore, there are other servers on the network which I personally don't view as competition. Servers on the network frequently choose to partner with each other (although I have not personally explored this route), allowing both to grow and even providing some healthy competition.

Cons

Use of Skript instead of Custom Java Plugins - in my opinion the biggest con is that players, if they wish to custom code features, they must use Skript, a plugin which allows you to emulate Custom Java code using English-like language. Minehut does wish to integrate Custom Java Plugins sometime in the near future, however for now all server owners resort to Skript for custom features. However, this is not all a bad thing - Skript has been heavily developed and tested over the past few years and it emulates Custom Java plugins very well - advanced Skript developers know how to really get the best out of it. Furthermore, the development of Skripts are a lot cheaper than the development of Custom Java Plugins.
Server lag issues - Minehut is known to be quite laggy at times for big complex servers, although they have improved in this category recently.
Downtime - Occasionally all servers on the network, or perhaps the website panel, can experience issues. Again, I believe they are getting better at minimising these issues as of late.

The server is a Mining/PvP server with (recently added) fishing aspects. The server has features such as:

100% Custom enchants (doesn't use a plugin)
Different pickaxe tiers/levels
Player levelling system
Custom Currency (Gems)
Two automatic King of the Hill events (KOTH)
Prestiges
Leaderboards
Boss fights
1.8 PvP
Mayoral elections
Automatic, Upgradable Generators
Pets with bonus effects
Clans
Reward system which rewards players who advertise the server (a lot of the server's growth is thanks to this) - uses a discord bot
Custom Fishing with custom treasure/fish/enchants
Crates & Lootbags & Global Multipliers
Bounties

We recently released Season 2 of the server, about a day and a half ago. The server is just under 2 months old, having being released April 13th 2021.

Our discord server also has a level 3 boost! (31 boosts)
The server features an active discord server with 971 members (at the time of writing) The discord server is quite active - here are some screenshots displaying some numbers:

NOTE: We have never used bots to advertise our discord server, 99% of discord server joins are from players using the in-game /discord command.

The server is also fairly active - we average about 30-50 players during peak hours every day - on weekends this is about 40-60 players (peak hours). At the time of writing, there are about 35-45 players online (on a Monday

The server has about 15,700 unique joins (again, at the time of writing). We seen an increase of about 200-400 new unique joins per day.

The server has generated about $1,150 USD in under 2 months of it being released. There is potential here:

Summer has just started and I want to spend some more time with friends/family, learning new things and preparing for the next year. I have witnessed the server grow from 10 to 1000 members, and I have had lots of plans for the future of the server, however I don't believe I will be able to commit to them - I wish someone else can carry on with the server and let it see out its true potential!
