1. C/O is not cashout, but rather the "current offer". For example, current offer is used all the time in the selling of accounts to note what the current highest bid is on a name.
2. Exclusive means that the build or piece of art is sold one time only to one customer, making it exclusive to the market. The opposite of this would be a build or piece of art that can be sold multiple times to different customers such as a banner template.
3. To the average mcmarket user, "Zarya" is probably worth around $30-50, but to a big overwatch fan, it could be worth a little more.
