I just wanted to show everyone my Arduino project. This car has obstacle avoidance and remote control. I’m not done the coding yet, but pretty excited to see how it turns out when it’s done!

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

That's awesome! Are you doing any electronics, robotics or programming classes right now? I think you'd like them.

I did a robotics unit with a uni here and it was a blast. You could look for similar units.

Thank you, I'm glad you like it. I'm going to college for Technology & Network Administration. I do have a few classed that I do have a couple of classes where I do some Arduino code.

this is the same bot we used in a programming competition (we came in 2nd) it's really fun to use. I might be able to send you our code for some of the maneuvers lol

That's awesome, I haven't started the coding yet. Although I'm always open to having more coding. I'd appreciate it if you wanted to send me yours. It will make my job easier when I have to code mine. Plus I always love comparing code. :)

Nice to see that, I also remember doing work with Arduino like 5-6 years back, reminds me of the good time!
I have had a blast doing it, don't get me wrong although I have had some headaches:eek:.

Be glad you're using an Arduino. I did nearly an identical project in university a few years back but with an 8051 (a nearly 40-year-old 8-bit MCU).
Fun and educational either way

Dang, I bet that was an experience. Do you have any pictures of your project? Would love to see it!

Unfortunately I don't think I have any pictures, but it's pretty similar to what you've got, especially with the ultrasonic ranger on the front. Also had an accelerometer for incline-control related functionality.

That's awesome, I love seeing that more and more people are doing stuff like this.
