Usually I would charge $20 for the artwork that I create, but recently I have bought an online artwork ebook to level up my art and I'm satisfied with the results (applied the things I learned to the attached artwork below). For something with this level of quality, how much should I charge someone, or should I keep the same price?

I would up it to $30-$45 honestly looks really clean.

I dont think that 20$ is enough for it, it looks very clean.
You should charge at least 25-45$ depending on the complexicity!
