Working on a HUGE project next, need an appraisal and more tips, I want the feedback to mainly focus on the intro and outro as they're very weak and some found it quite boring, but if you have feedback on my cinematics, make sure to leave that too, I will greatly appreciate any response.

There isn't much wrong with it (I don't have time to thoroughly judge the scenes, sorry). Good shots as far as I can see and it fits as a trailer. And indeed, the intro is mediocre at best.
A 3 second long black transition is a bit too much. I don't like how the text fades first in the outro then the whole screen starts to dim. An outro of 10 seconds with nothing happening is also a bit much. Yes, the outro is bland...

Yeah, I will probably stay on the generic track until I am satisfied with my "skills", since they're simple and easy to work with and are a great practice

Next thing to do is to include more scenes where the background match up. For example, when the pvp-skywars envoys text comes in you could put some pvp instead of a normal shot. Try minimizing the normal shots (not removing them entirely). I hope i helped you

Use BSL shaders, adjust colors with Colorista IV and LUTs
Use Vap0ur texture pack, use betterfoliage mod, put low FOV and edit with AE
Also, I prefer to render at the cinematic aspect ratio [1920x803 (or 816)] rather than adding annoying unnecessary black bars
Natural bars from the aspect ratio > Random black rectangles on the screen
