So i was browsing the web and I came upon Bootstrap Studio. It made me think how long until Web Development/Design is 100% drag and drop? This was a big step for Bootstrap (Twitter) as a lot of sites out there use bootstrap for mobile responsive sites etc.

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

Never, ever ever will this be the case. Drag and drop is for quick and dirty websites, technology/drag and drop technology to be more specific will likely never be on such an advanced level to accomplish such complex sites that exist today.

The new bootstrap software isn't even bad at all. Everything is automatically set as mobile responsive. I get tech wont move that quick that fast but in 400 years do you really see life being the same. everything will be automatic

None of us will be here in 400 years, it won't concern us. My point is, when you use drag and drop features you sacrifice most of your freedom when it comes to customizability. There are some drag and drop builders that can make decent sites, but again the technology won't be near good enough to make drag and drop websites 100% exactly how you want without having to eventually edit the html/css manually.

Yeah i understand that but it will get to a point where you can do 95% of the site without editing code. Anyway in 400 years there wont even be sites most probably

I disagree too, it will never be automatic. Sci-Fi movies see it like this. But it's very unlikely to happen. We cannot predict what researches will be done and what it will find. You also have to bear in mind that these coding languages will not stay like they are for long, they will get better and more advanced. So having to make a drag and drop to cover every scenario that you can have in code will most likely not happen too.[DOUBLEPOST=1493840368][/DOUBLEPOST]

Plus you'll see for this, that there is still 5% that only devs would be able to do. And people will look at those 5% to make their website unique.
