I have mentioned some stuff about me, but regarding business, I owned a service team a year ago for 5 months and I also have tried to start a few businesses during the year. I may have not had a successful business just yet but I'm willing to work hard in order to start one. It is not easy coming up with ideas and everyone willing to help is needed. I do not want to create some small business but I want something that can potentially goal.
I would say you should explain regarding business thing, only then people can be interested to join you.

Like what is your idea about? How can you expect people to join unless there is no information given?
I want people to join in order to create an Idea. Meaning, I'm looking for creative and imaginative people that would be of aid in creating something. Furthermore, the person doesn't need to come up with the actual idea but even a phrase or sentence the person says might initiate the idea.
If you're asking people to give you an idea, take that idea and go to a couple other people to start, that's some fucked up shit. And that's exactly what you're saying can happen in your thread.
I think you misunderstood. Potentially everyone can be involved in this project, but if some people are not of aid in the creation of the business, I wouldn't think they'd be useful, therefore, they wouldn't be part of the company. However, everyone who I've contacted so far seems to be interested and offers something. Eventually, we'll come up with an idea and develop it together.
Businesses don't get large because it is something EVERYONE is doing. You have to find something that isn't super flooded unless you are just trying to get experience in small business management. That is why service teams (which you mentioned you attempted to start) don't really work. There are tons of teams on MC-Market trying to make it and no real opportunity for growth. Generally, you will only be making 10 cents if not less off of every dollar depending on how it is run. In terms of businesses off of Minecraft and going into retail. You have to find something that you are really good at. If outsourcing is your thing, be like Ford. Outsource literally everything to people who can do it better, faster, and cheaper. If you have the ability to do things better faster or cheaper do it yourself but then track your expenses to a tee. Make sure that you have the ability to make you know, 10-20 cents off of every dollar you sell. If you are making that much that generally means you are in a growth area. If you are making say 5 cents off the dollar you need to start looking at how to do things cheaper and more efficient, because you are in a highly contested field and you need to find a way to drive down operating costs to make more money instead of expanding.

Thanks man, but the service team actually worked, it was generally done for the experience but I made over $150+ by taking 1% of each transaction. Anyways, if you want to help feel free to reach out.

A service team can be the backbone of a larger business, with minimal upkeep costs, it's very sustainable, however I agree with Dessi that it can only go so far, that's why it should be used to grow from, into other markets.

So far everyone seems to be putting their effort into trying to come up with a good idea. I don’t think anyone is going to just take the idea and do it. However, if you want to check it out just comment your discord.
