The MapMaker cape? It will never be common. Mojang isn't looking for a library with more than 1000 maps in Realms, so there will probably never be more than 100 of these capes or something like that. (At least, that wouldn't make a lot of sense)

Unlikely, since I'm the one running the program. Also, I tell everyone to set a good password and security questions, and make sure they're on a Mojang account. Good luck.

Why can't Mojang focus on making their capes look nicer. More like a 2012/2011 cape design.

Yeah, it won't happen. Most maps come from a single contributor. I allowed people to be listed as primary contributors so individuals in groups like The VoxelBox or Blockworks could get capes.[DOUBLEPOST=1450176836,1450176698][/DOUBLEPOST]

Please don't let get one of these so many people are now paying for there name to be on the 'I worked on it list' and all the builders being hired just for this..

If the reviewers of the map (Mojangstas) would be unsure if somebody who is listed as contributor is indeed a contributor, they could just look up his or her work. If he or she doesn't seem to have any experience in mapmaking, it would probably be very obvious that the person didn't contribute at all. If he or she does have the skills, it wouldn't make any sense to pay for it in the first place.

I think this cape would go nice with a skin similar to its appearance. Like Doge's skin. I'd probably pay $150 for this cape lol.
