Why should we hire you instead of someone else:
I want to become staff because, I’am a very friendly person, I can make friends with everyone. I work very hard for it. I would like to help everybody with their problems. I see myself as a great add to the staff team because I am a very frendly person and not mean at all and I know what people will. I will be NEVER toxic to a player. I respect al the players. I’am very active so I can help al lot of people with their problems. I hate toxic player but I can handle it well because I always quiet stay. I want everyone to have the same enjoyment that I have on the server each day. I stay almost positive that make players happyer. I can work very good together, I talk to him and we take the right decision. I want players to be able to come on the server and have a good time with their friends.
Past server staff experience:
No I do not have any past experience but someone has to start somewhere

Are their any paid positions?
Just wanna say you may want to go for helper if you have no previous experience
you'll have a much higher chance of being accepted for helper than a moderator.
You'll also want to correct or go over your grammar because I have noticed a few spelling mistakes and you'll have a better chance correcting them
