New company looking for Administrator

Hello there. Today I am here looking for a very experienced Administrator that will join our company and work with us and our clients to provide them the best experience possible. You will be paid when we are paid by the client and we will split it between the people involved in the job. Below will be a list of things you will do:

1. Create a staff team for the client
2. Inform the client of any updates or changes if there are any
3. A good team leader
4. Someone who enforces rules but doesn't become power hungry
5. Someone who will listen to the rest of the company and the client
6. Someone who understands how all essentials plugins work and the ability to learn how to use new/custom ones.
7. Someone who will keep client confidentiality.
