New, Different Minecraft Server Project - Looking for a team

Hi there, my name is Mak, I've owned numerous Minecraft servers on and off for around 6 years, starting naively at around the age of 12 and now being 18. I've owned a wide variety of servers, from factions, to UHC, to hub servers, you name it, fairly popular too. The thing I enjoyed the most was the communities: the feuds, the friendships, etc.


I lost interest after owning a semi successful factions pvp server. It just got became monotonous and reparative to me. It became more of trying to expand the server, get as many donations to improve and add to the server, instead of improving and cultivating what was already there.


This brings me to the present day where I am getting back into minecraft and looking to begin a new project. I have in mind a no grief, no pvp server, friendly server, where people can build, make towns, cities, and communities. I feel there is a gap for high quality non faction minecraft survival servers today. I want to pay very close attention to the economy of the server. I was thinking of limiting donating, so benefits are very small, as from previous knowledge I found there is a huge difference between those who donate and those who can't. The experience is ruined for both as it becomes too hard or too easy to play. Instead I would have ranks purchased with in game currency which all players can achieve. The idea is as less pay to win as possible. If people want to donate it should be solely to help the server run. Emphasis on the word donate and not purchase. Donators would still receive benefits but not on the scale of most servers today.


I am looking for a team. Plugin wise and server side, I am very confident, I can handle that most definitely. However I will be in need of builders, lots of mature moderators, and anyone with experience in servers who wants an input in my idea. Any mature, serious individuals, please contact me with any input you would like o make.
