What is this project?
This server will focus on bringing a unique, revolutionized factions experience to players. Quality gameplay features and immersive experiences will also be incorporated to keep players interested in the server. Furthermore, our current development team will ensure that features are well optimized for a nearly lag-free experience.
They are already a lot of faction servers.. How will this be different?
Our staff team has spent several days planning out ways to make this server different from the rest. Our unique perspective on core factions gameplay sets this server apart and adds new experiences that players can partake in.
Needed Staff Roles
Configuration Specialist - People who apply for this role should have experience configurating Minecraft servers and should have an eye for design. Having knowledge about color schemes, menu item placement, menu styles, etc. is highly recommended.
Advertising Associate - This role will mainly be for commissioning content-creators and managing staff relationships with them.
Management - This role mainly manages the server and creates documents such as staff guidelines, etc. Additionally, this role should be able to source moderators and other staff that are crucial for maintaining the server.
Administrator - During development, this role would primarily do configuration work and server stress testing. During release, the role shifts to monitoring the server state and ensuring a smooth experience, while also doing moderation work on the side.
Monetary Compensation
Specialized roles such as Building, Development, etc. can be compensated on a per-project basis. Pay can increase or decrease depending on proven experience and capability.

Closing Notes
* Having a mic and being able to use voice chat on a frequent basis is a requirement. Unless significant value can be provided that exempts mic usage, applicants who can't use voice chat will be denied.
* It is strongly preferred if you have a time zone based in the United States. i.e.. EST, PST, etc. Having a time-zone outside of the United States does not guarantee an instant rejection, but it is a factor kept in mind for staff selection.
* People under 16-17 years old are not prioritized unless maturity and the adequate discipline required can be demonstrated.
* You will receive a reply to your private message within 48 hours. If you have not received a reply within that timeframe, you can safely assume your application was most likely denied.
* If you are selected to continue the staff application process, you will be asked further questions pertaining to your specific role.
