its an animated banner yeah. I'll be doing this type of art and wanted others opinions

I agree with Calvin, if you manage to do this custom for each buyer; the price could be around 10-20$. If you manage to animate the white lines in the background, that would be an improvement.

Well, I believe it will vary with the design a lot. Also, how customizable is it? I can't give a super accurate quote because I don't know how hard it is. But with that being said, since it is quite unique, pricing can honestly be up to you. $10-$20 seems fair depending on the customizability.
