Probably better to just include a link and leave it at that, rather than directly accessing it, since bstats provides user friendly links to their data. (External api access would just put on unnecessary work for MCM, unless it was client sided).

Each of these things have been suggested in the past and either denied or marked as pending. The more niche options that we add the more difficult it will be for resources to fill out all of the information, and each of these fields is likely better suited to be put in the resource description itself.

I'll move this to denied, thanks for the suggestions.
