I'm looking for new setup again and i noticed this thread...normally i would skip this but:"Therefore we ensure that the customer is happy for what they will receive" i cannot agree with this statement!
I used your services quite a while ago and i was satisfied at the beginning until i needed actually to start using your setup. There were few issues which you helped to fix but later when i run into next problem you stopped responding on skype. So i had to deal with that on my own...and for a person who is not familiar with plugins it wasn't easy. To be exact world guard region was not set up correctly...solution was just one command but for me it was very time consuming to understand what actually was wrong and how to fix it. Later i got experienced developer to take a look on my server and he said that server setup was simple and poorly configured (chat plugin, particles plugins and he mentioned few more things) Sure there was some nice things as well but overall i wasn't happy at all...as a result i had to close the server but i have to say it was valuable experience for me...I even paid you extra expecting more help and support....

At the end i cannot vouch for you but i hope you are now providing better service for your clients...
