I am looking for developers to start a new Minecraft Community Network. I have started to build a base and started to fill a discord with players but now i am in search of Server / Plugin developers.
Unfortunately at this moment in time i am not able to afford to pay developers, i am more looking for a developer that would be dedicated and is not really worried about money right off the bat, or would be willing to work off profit based.
Once the community is established and "takes" off if it does we can negotiate a fair payment deal.
Im pretty sure i wont get 1 single response from this considering most people want pay however i hafto work with what i got.
I already have a dedicated server threw OVH and have had for the last year so thats covered.
