Problems I noticed, there may be more I didn't list:

• mcprohosting
• free mcpro subdomain
• downloaded spawn
• ugly chat not even formated (using < >)
• giving out free ranks to try to get players
• rude
• staff rude when given criticism / feedback
• banned without reason specified, assuming it's for giving feedback.

Maybe you could take this feedback and improve your server. We are only helping, and you were being rude on the server.
