Personally if I owned a server and I only speak english I wouldnt want a full french speaking playerbase.

Yes but they have a massive player base. I am talking about a server with 50-100 players. I wouldnt want 60% of my playerbase french.

Some french players ( like me ) play more on english faction / prison server than french server.

Why make a french site then? nice idea you have but if you choose english you will have much more chance that it will succeed

Because this kind of website is not new in english but in french with votifier, yes

I would recommend changing it to English.

Im using Chrome, and it has a feature to translate all the words into English, I recommend people to use that.
