Hello, my name is Atromix. I am a 16 year old male who is looking for another business partner for a server I am working on called (secret name). The reason why I don't want to say the name is because I want to purchase the domain and artwork so nobody can take the name. I am just starting to make business plans, so I have little to nothing yet. I am looking for another owner that has experience on running servers, running businesses, and can do a little bit of management. I am also trying to find a business partner to start multiple projects with and make great servers for the community. I also want a business partner that WANTS to make servers for the players not for the money.
Requirements
Must be 15 years old or older
Must have experience with owning servers
Must dedicate a decent amount of time to the server
Must have funds to put into the server
Must be able to sign legal documents (if you are under the age of 18, your parents could sign on your behalf). If you can't sign them or have an issue, we can talk about it.
What you would get as owner
25% of the server's weekly earnings

Owner rank on any other server sided thing
Access to the game server
Access to the web server

Business Plan
My goal is to have 4 servers (Skyblock, Prison, Factions, and KitPvP). I am talking to a developer right now about making custom plugins for all these game modes. I am going to be making the discor ASAP, but for the server side of things, I am first going to release the hub with our hub core on it. It will have a server selector with the servers you can join. after the hub is released, I am going to release KitPvP so the kids that want to join the server can PvP while we are developing Prison and Factions. Once we have a 10+ player base on KitPvP, I am going to start setting up our website. Our website will have announcements, developer logs, staff applications, and other community interaction. For the Prison server, we are striving to release the server with 90% or ALL custom plugins. Once we are comfortable releasing Prison, I am going to pay YouTubers to advertise our server, discord, and forums. I want to interact with the network a lot (host giveaways, do polls, and just do stuff with the community) so players would feel great playing the network. I also want to do updates with plugins every week or 2 so the server won't get dry.
For advertisement, I am really confident that I can find really great YouTubers for a great price. I have a lot of contacts with YouTubers with a decent amount of average views and subscribers. I may also hire a media manager that will get in contact with YouTubers for me and maybe do some other work with advertisement. I am trying to get YouTubers with 3k-20k subscribers. I also want them to have an average of 700-3k views. I am going to find YouTubers that have a fan base of people who play Prison, Skyblock, Factions, or KitPvP.
Staff Team
For the staff part of the server, I believe I can get a strong staff team that can dedicate their time to the server. I have a couple friends that have a lot of experience managing, staffing, and working at big servers. I have personally been staff on decent sized servers, and I can get people from old servers I have been staff on that have A LOT of experience. I want to hire a manager that can do staff and community management so we can get a organized staff team and great community events.
Server Expenses
As a lot of you know, it costs a lot of money to run a server. This is where I am going to list off the expenses and what we will have to pay to keep the server running with a decent playerbase.
Dedicated Host: $50-$80 Monthly.
Web host: $3-$5 Monthly.
Full Website: $? I don't know what Xenforo theme we are going to use.
Plugins: $10-$300 depending on how big the project is.
Advertisement: $20-$200 a video depending on the YouTuber.
Builds: $50-$100 depending on the builds.
DDoS Protection: $? Don't know what DDoS protection we will use yet.

I have been doing business since I was really young age, and now I know how to run successful businesses. I started out with selling sodas during the summer at a market type thing, little league baseball fields, and at yard sales. Now, I am 16 years old a COO of a company with my parents, and having so much fun doing it. My past minecraft servers were really successful, and made a decent amount of money. I owned a server called BoomMC that had 490+ players on at one point (that was the all time high). I have a lot of experience with servers, but I am new to the Skyblock side of things. I am going to be paying developers a lot of money to work on the server.
