What I'm looking for:

I need multiple levels of staff, developers, builders, and highest of all, and most important, Owners. Lets start with builders. I am starting to develop a large network and that needs large builds. I'm looking for people who can do decoration, terraforming, buildings such as houses and villages, World Edit and Voxel Sniper can be used if you want, and any other tools, including world painter. Now for developers, I need quick, simple, strong, and attention getting plugins. Mostly minigames as that will be the main focal point of the network. I am going to start with factions so only small plugins will most likely be needed for that. I may either do minigames or KitPvP second. And I will add on from there. KitPvP will be needing some plugins for special scoreboards and currency. I have a great developer who is starting the minigames plugins already. The minigames server will have multiple servers within it, so he has a lot of networking he is working on. Now into staff (including owners). When you guys start applying to be staff, I will assign certain people to the servers, and they will be admin on the other servers. I will list servers at the bottom of this section. In the hub, they will be labeled Network-Admin. Now when applying, do not specify what rank you would like to be. The best apps will be chosen as Owners, then head-admins, then admins, next mods, and finally the trial-mod, where your app wasn't the greatest, but it was enough to let me see how you can handle situations. DO NOT BE OFFENDED if you become trial-mod. It may mean that all the apps were good, but yours just wasn't as good. If you become trial-mod or a rank you don't want, then I am sorry, you can leave at that point if you want. To apply, you can pm me your skype and I will add you and ask you the questions.

Factions, Prison, KitPvP, Minigames, Creative, Survival, Anything Else you think is a good idea!

Well, its not only that, its going to have custom gamemodes and specially made cosmetics! Plus, we are open to any suggestions to make the server better. Just leave it in the comments.

Starting off with 7+ servers is never a good idea.
Just look at angelic craft.

Oh no, I am sorry for misleading you. That was my fault. I am sure of factions being first, kitPvP and minigames are tied for second. Unaware of the order for the rest of it

Protip: Start by gamemodes that don't need players to be played.Minigames and kitpvp both need a decent amount of players to be enjoyable.. you need players for that.
