New OG/Semi Section

Mojang is locking accounts and we are in a time of crisis atm, I suggest you add an OG / SEMI Section that only members with ranks are allowed to view or sell on, this could be temporary or it could be permanent, but only used in times like right now

^^ requirements are probably subject to change but something needs to be done ASAP (thousands of dollars already lost from people due to this)
