Hi everyone,

Today I want to expand my build services by adding a coding support, but I nead people to help me.
Every good developer is welcome, you need to have a realy good experience with the spigot api and know a lot of JAVA.
Each developer will get a part of the money, it depend on the cost of the plugin and the number of developers that made the plugin.
If you are alone to make a plugin, you will get 85% of the money.
They are some rules that you need to follow too because we don't accept a random guy that just logged in.
You need to have a good reputation on MCM and some vouches on your wall.
Have minimal 9 months experience with the Spigot API.
Have a public or private plugin and have the possibility to show it.
You must be at least 16 years old.
When you start making a plugin, you need to finish it or it will be result in a team ban.
If you make a plugin, you don't have the rights to republish it under your own name.
Other rules will be explained once in the team.

If you have more questions, just ask them.

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

You do understand that any valuable programmer will have clients whom pursue development with the programmer. If any, from past experiences, I have too many clients requesting work; so doing work for you and not receiving the full 100% is just plain-out-stupid.

Also just so you know, many teams last about 2 - 3 weeks before closing. Perhaps it will have something to do with developers' outraged, or perhaps clients' unhappy.

I don't understand? Sure I can

Perhaps re-read this:

tl;dr valued programmers already have enough clients.

Feel free to grab a note-pad to analyse this text source before commenting again.

A team is better than a single person.
It's faster than a stand alone developer.

Well say them, so I can understand.
  • You are recruiting members to a team whom have never worked for each other.
  • You are recruiting members to a team whom are at different levels of experience, but also knowledge.
  • You will be recruiting members of different ages: some mature, other not-so-much, and therefore causing conflict within your team.
  • If an error or issue up-rises regarding a plug-in made by a group, someone may not take responsibility, further causing greater conflict.
  • There will most likely be an unequal involvement in specific activities. For instance, your most knowledgeable member will do more advanced and more work in general, however, someone else will be paid the same amount even though they have done less. This will also cause conflict due to the payments - unless you work via hourly salaries.
  • There will be that one person who tries to outshine the rest. It may be great that work is being done fast, but other members of your team will become to obtain anger and may have thoughts about leaving your team.
  • Source code.... Are you going to get everyone to sign a non-disclosed-agreement contract? Members may leak or re-sell the source code.
I could add more, however, I think you understand my point.

Now I understand your point, I don't even think about those facts.
I think it is a bad idea to start a team so I think I will only code plugins by myself
