I'm not actually offering this service, so I figured it's better to put it in the feedback section.

Would anyone here be interested in colocation in New Orleans? I don't see any provider here advertising it, so I'm wondering if there's any demand for it. It'd be for single servers only (1U-4U).

Probably not a ton. There are a few reasons on why New Orleans doesn't have many data centers. The major one that comes to mind is environmental issues i.e. hazardous weather.

That being said, I'm positive there is a least a little demand for those nearby as long as people have physical access. Otherwise, pretty much a mute point as the difference in ping between major data centers and them probably ain't enough.
