New Paypal account. How long does it take to send payments?

Hello.

Once you registered a new Paypal account, and take in a few transactions after an hour or two, how long does it take before being able to send payments, it just asks to contact support when trying to send payments.

You can probably send F&F payments already and what you need to do to be able to send G&S (I think) is to make it a business account.
