New players spawn in "world" not in /spawn. Need help.

I have contacted MANY developers before and noone is able to fix this and I have tried everything also. Even deleted Multiverse because I though its causing this, but nope, still doesn't work.

If someone can help I can pay a buck.

Go into server.properties and change the default world to spawn or whatever world

If this doesnt work, get MV again and do /mv setspawn

If that doesn't work remove EssentialsSpawn and get a freaking spawn plugin that manually sets the spawn.
