HTML is like the bones, it creates the layout.
CSS is like the skin, it styles the bones and gives them a more attractive look.
Javascript is like taking a shit, it's the actual work a site does and programming logic to determine the HTML/CSS. So Javascript would allow the CSS to display taking a shit if you've eaten food in the past 24 hours for example.

That was mainly a joke though, I prefer the house analogy:
HTML is the wooden structure of a house.
CSS is the paint of the house and the decorations.
Javascript is the electricity and the water.

trust me im not trying to downplay you or anything but if you're asking this question I highly doubt you "know" python. More like you know the basic syntax of the language. Focus on one thing at a time and try to improve your knowledge of python.
